PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS

Help "Flatten The Curve"

Help prevent the spread of the COVID-19. You can use CDC's suggested method: Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds every time you have to go outside, sneeze, cough, etc. Avoid any gatherings and stay inside! When you have to go outside, you can wear masks to prevent the spread. Help cut down the chain of transmissions. Do your part. The littlest amount of work can lead to substantial improvement.

Learn To Keep Safe

1. WASH YOUR HANDS

Do the essentials

Learning how to wash your hands may be something from way back in kindergarten. But now, it is so very important to learn it again the right way.

CDC recommends that you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds every time that you go outside, sneeze, cough, and before you eat. Watch this video by the CDC to learn more: https://youtu.be/d914EnpU4Fo

2. STAY AT HOME

Reduce the risk

By staying at home, you can greatly decrease the chances of COVID-19 spreading. This can not just protect yourself, but also the public from contracting the virus, especially the ones who are at high risk. Keep the people who have chronic illnesses and the elderly safe.

3. WEAR A MASK

Help your community

If you need to go outside, such as to get groceries, make sure to wear a mask if you have one. Surgical masks work best, but cotton ones are also a big help. This can help everyone limit the transmission of the virus and keep safe.
